Here is a list of frequently asked questions and answers about our trade accounts.

Any non-defective returns within 15 days of receipt of goods and authorized by Amity Home will incur 20% Restocking Fee.
 

We do our best to ship orders out complete  however unless otherwise stated by the customer, we will ship partial orders and back orders as product becomes available.

Amity Home will accept selective drop ship orders for existing accounts at an additional charge of $10.00 per order. Shipping Terms: FOB Irwindale, CA 91010. All goods are shipped through FedEx or UPS prepaid. We do not sell to online companies so this drop ship is only available to our existing retail stores or interior design accounts.

You may request a New Account application by contacting Customer Service or fill up form on our website.
 

If you have not heard back from us after 3 business days, please contact us and let us know. Chances are you may already be approved but missed the email. Either way we are glad to help.

You can still view our entire website. However you will not see your trade account specific pricing, purchase terms, or other account specific options until approved.

Approval time is typically 1-2 business days. You will receive an email once you have been approved.
