Why is there a surcharge ?
As you may be aware, the U.S. government has announced a 50% tariff on goods imported from India. While this creates significant cost pressure, we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to minimize the impact on our valued partners.

Although our costs are rising by 50%, we are absorbing the majority of this increase ourselves and passing on only a small portion to our loyal customers. We have taken considerable steps to soften the impact — including diversifying our supply chain and optimizing operations — but the cumulative effect has made a temporary surcharge unavoidable.

Why is surcharge higher for stocking dealer compared to non stocking dealer ?

That’s a great question — and we completely understand the concern.

Our stocking dealer pricing is already much lower than non-stocking dealer pricing, which means our profit margin is also much lower on those orders. As we mentioned in our earlier email, we are absorbing the majority of the new 50% tariff ourselves and only passing along a small portion to our customers.

By setting the surcharge this way, the actual dollar amount passed on to customers is balanced between stocking and non-stocking dealers. If we had simply applied the same percentage across the board, non-stocking dealers would have seen a much larger increase in both price and surcharge, which wouldn’t have been fair.

This approach ensures the surcharge impact is shared more evenly across both groups, while we continue to absorb most of the cost increase on our side.

How to Install a 3-Piece Bed Skirt

1. Place one panel on each side of the bed and one at the foot.
2. Tuck the extra 3-inch banding between mattress and box spring.
     • This allows adjustment for a maximum drop length of 21 inches.
3. If the skirt does not stay tucked in, use bed skirt pins or safety pins.
     • Pin to the box spring or mattress cover as needed.
4. For platform beds (usually do not require skirts):
     • Attach panels directly to the mattress cover using pins.

Tip: Always smooth panels evenly to ensure a neat, tailored look.
