Duvet & Sham Fillers — Down Alternative
We source the very best eco-friendly, hypoallergenic materials for our duvet fills and pillow inserts — designed to feel as luxe and lofty as premium down bedding, without the down.
Each filler is wrapped in a 233 TC cotton shell and filled with soft, silky 0.9d polyester microfiber clusters that mimic the natural softness of down. The fill is box-stitched inside the cotton shell using a 12″ box pattern, with each section sewn separately so fiber can’t shift or travel — meaning no cold spots throughout the comforter. Comforters include about a 1″ gusset, and all fillers have loops in all four corners to tie into corner ties inside your duvet cover, keeping everything in place.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, hypoallergenic, and treated with anti-microbial technology — this filler is a dream to sleep under.

Care
Draft — standard industry guidance for down-alternative/microfiber bedding. Please confirm against your actual care label before publishing.
- Machine washable: use a large-capacity, front-load machine (no center agitator) on a cold or delicate cycle with a small amount of mild detergent — about a quarter of your usual amount, since excess detergent leaves stiffening residue. Run an extra rinse to fully clear it.
- Tumble dry on the lowest heat setting with clean tennis or wool dryer balls to maintain loft; remove periodically to fluff. Make sure it’s completely dry before use or storage to prevent mold or mildew in the fill.
- Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets — their residue causes stiffness and can make the fill clump, reducing loft and insulation.
- With a duvet cover or pillow protector in regular use, a full wash once or twice a year is generally enough; without one, every three to four months is recommended.
